Guangdong Baiwang Industrial Co., Ltd., founded in 2008, is a professional automotive parts manufacturer specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of automotive rubber hoses and windshield wiper blades. With over 20 years of industry experience, we integrate formulation development, precision manufacturing, and global OEM/aftermarket support under one roof.
Our 30,000 m² standardized facility includes dedicated R&D and testing laboratories. Through industry-academia collaboration with the School of Polymer Science at South China University of Technology, we advance material modification and structural optimization for fluid rubber hoses and wiper rubber strips, backed by multiple patents.
Certified to IATF16949:2016 and compliant with RoHS and REACH, we apply 6S and lean production for full-process quality control. Our rubber hoses serve passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, and new energy vehicle thermal management, fuel, and intake/exhaust systems, while our wiper blades fit all vehicle models. Products are exported to Europe, America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

At our state-of-the-art facility, every wiper blade and fluid hose undergoes a rigorous multi-stage QC process to ensure OEM-level reliability. From verifying premium raw materials (high-density rubber and high-tensile steel for wipers; reinforced EPDM for hoses) to real-time in-process monitoring and extreme environmental stress testing—including 1.5 million wipes for wipers and high-pressure burst tests for hoses—we guarantee flawless durability, zero leaks, and maximum safety under the harshest driving conditions. All batches are 100% inspected and assigned traceable lot numbers before final packaging
